We had 4 teams competing in the Mooredale Olympic Games
YELLOW TEAM - The Boom Bangers - from WSA - Andria Frej, Dmitry Chertov, Jen Evans, and Paul Readings
BLUE TEAM - The Triumphant Trio plus One - from WSB - Tom Alexandrowicz, Paul Canning, Olivia Tsang, and special addition from WSA - Margaret Readings
GREEN TEAM - The Mean Green Sailing Machine - from WSC - Ante Duvnjak, Brenda Grant, Sergey Kouk, new member Christine Kelly and special guest Daniel Frey
RED TEAM - The Mooredale Red Army Choir - from WSS - Gabriela Pfenig, Carmel Suttor, Don Booth, Olivia Yow from WSA, and special guests John Norton and Evan Farrell
Medals were won for the sailing Playoffs, the Fastest Sail Time and for Overall Team Cumulative Point Score for all the events - which included the Sailing Events, Team Name selection (winner 'The Mooredale Red Army Team') Bocce and Water Balloon Tossing.

We had good wind to speed the boats long - and the weather was warm and dry. The Olympians were joined by the returning racers from the Harbourmaster Race, and were entertained by an impromptu water balloon fight led by Teresa - who also dumped two of the medal winning racers Andria Frey and Olivia Tsang at the dock, before getting dunked herself. Some of the racers also joined in for the final event - the hilarious water balloon toss. Evan Farrell should be particularly noted for his continuous water bombing raids on the unsuspecting!
After the events the participants enjoyed a wonderful feast planned and presented by Maureen - with the kind assistance of Deborah and Pablo - many thanks to all for the great meal!
Music and dancing under the stars completed this magical day!
