All in all we had another "constructive" day which included;
- Docks removed
- Installation of a new light (donated) over the white board
- Trim painted
- Kitchen cleaned and organized
- Electrical wires organized and nailed down
- Removal of the large trash items
- Fridge painted inside and out
- Tables sanded down
- Furniture vacuumed and put in place
- Roof leak in the change room repaired
- Lockers were moved so that the large gaps could be closed and cleaned
 Whew! And after all was said and done, the house looks awesome!
Big round of applause goes to:
- Jason and his dock removal team of Paul V, Paul R, Warren, Bob, John N, Jim J.
- George K's House guests that were put to work included; Frank (even though he spent the last 4 days sick in bed!!!), Margaret , Christine Kelly, Almir, John M, Florence, Paul R, Merle, Jason (who is now thinks he is an electrician! LOL)
- Mary and Maureen who showed up with a smile on their faces, picked up water at Cherry beach and then served the most delicious breakfast, with some help from and box of donuts (Paul...its is unfair the skinny ones always do that to us) and yummy muffins dropped off by Michelle. Florence offered to take home all the dishes and clean them!!!
 So the party is tonight at 7pm, make sure you thank some of those members
who chipped in and made our clubhouse look fab!!
End of the Season party is next Saturday November 7. Please note the new location (see map bellow). The Harbord House is a great local pub/restaurant, known for its kitchen and great atmosphere. Great place chosen by Christine! To the menu this year: door prizes, Awards presentation, dinner ($25) and lots of celebration!! Guess who's going to be the Rookie Racer of the Year! I know it's not an easy guess! Lots of great rockie racers this year! We also have awards for members who made extraordinary contributions to the club and its membership, and they truly did! Come prepared to celebrate and thank each other to make Mooredale such a unique place!
Thank you everyone for such great team work...it is obvious!!

PS. Does anyone out there sew? It's time to replace our change room
curtains...so simple sewing but essential to be done. Let me know.
