REFUND POLICY
Please note: unless we are provided with a copy of a medical note (which prevents your child from participating in all sport activities) there will be no refunds past the September 1st deadline.
All cancellations and requests prior to the September 1st deadline for reimbursement are subject to a $50 admin fee.
ULTIMATE FRISBEE
Mooredale House Covid-19 Protocols
Operating out of local Rosedale Park, Mooredale Sports Club offers an Ultimate Frisbee program. The program will operate as a learn to play program, and will be recreational in nature, with a focus on fun and the fundamentals of the game. Sign up and experience this increasingly popular sport!
By registering for this Mooredale Sport activity, I agree to pay Mooredale for the annual Mooredale Membership Fee by VISA or MasterCard. For more information contact Membership Registrar, Catherine Loeffler at cloeffler@mooredale.on.ca or call 416-922-3714 ext 102 between 9am and 5pm.
Refund Policy
All cancellations and requests for reimbursement are subject to a $50 admin fee. All requests must be made prior to Sept 1st in writing. Please keep in mind there will be no refund after Sept 1st unless for Medical Reason.
Tentative Schedule & Age Groups
The season has been cancelled. Each age group will have 1 session per week, for a total of 6 sessions.
