Although Mooredale Sailing Club has been around for over 30 years it is one of Toronto's best secrets. As an community sailing club we offer affordable sailing open to anyone who wants to sail. Hassle-free sailing, good friends, and good times right here in Toronto.
MEMBERSHIP
Our annual membership is in excess of 180 made up of new members and members who have been at the club for more than a decade. New sailors can take advantage of the experienced members that provide sailing assistance and guidance in supervised sails, as class coaches, and race training sessions.

COTTAGE
IN THE CITY
Mooredale Sailing Club is conveniently located minutes from downtown Toronto, east of Cherry Beach, and south of the bike path. See Contact Us! for map and directions.
Our clubhouse is on the water's edge with a great sundeck, gas barbeques, fridge, free parking and 150 of your newest closest friends. In addition to a change-room and locker area the clubhouse has an open area for parties and classes, and a food preparation area. See Events for more information about our special and regular events.
Sailing
Fleet
Mooredale Sailing Club owns and maintains a fleet of 18 Albacores, 5 Lasers and 1 Hobie Cat. In addition to the sailing fleet, Mooredale owns 2 power boats for use during lessons and races and for rescue. See Lessons for more information.
Co-operation
Mooredale Sailing Club operates as a non-profit cooperative within the Rosedale Moore Park Association. To keep costs down, an elected executive plus volunteers oversee the day-to-day operations of the club. All in all, great value for your money.
Mooredale Sailing Club Handbook
Mooredale Sailing Club has outlined safety policies regarding boat and clubhouse use in the Mooredale Sailing Club Handbook. The Handbook also contains useful information including: emergency contact phone numbers, skipper qualifications, safety equipment and procedures, racing principles, boat maintenance, power boat operation, and club security.
